Let’s take a little trip down Memory Lane. Travel back with me in time. Do you remember the fresh first quarter of our brand-new decade?

A mere month ago, we were still clarifying our 2020 vision and firming up our strategic plans. By all predictions, our collective future looked amazing.

A mere month ago, you were likely Ramping up. Recruiting and onboarding the talent you needed to get the job done. Your biggest challenges then may have been how to:

1.      gain and retain team members in a record low unemployment economy.

2.      fulfill your orders or take care of your customers/clients.

3.      meet your aggressive performance metrics.

4.      invest your first quarter bonus.

And overnight, everything changed. We were thrown into survival, spiraling down Maslow’s Hierarchy at the speed of light.

If you are experiencing a range of emotions, you’re in good company. As the Covid-19 Virus encroaches near our place in the universe, it gets trickier.
