By joining one of our Peer Advisory Groups, you can expect to feel as though you have your own non-judgmental peer board of advisors, consistent with a small group of individuals who hold similar positions or roles within their respective organizations. Our groups come together regularly to discuss common challenges, share best practices, and provide support and guidance to each other. Our groups participate in masterminding sessions, complete with solutions seats where leaders can gain most valuable feedback in a safe and engaging environment. Our Peer Advisory Groups are facilitated by our trained coaches.
