The Quality Coach® (TQC) will customize and facilitate a leadership program to develop and strengthen the supervisor and managers in their leadership roles/team to improve style awareness, communication and increase overall engagement within the team and throughout the employee base.

Leading by Feel

Leading by Feel is a customized leadership program focused on strengthening the emotional intelligence of supervisors and managers. Through this program, participants will learn how to:

  • Make Better Decisions: Improve decision-making by incorporating emotional insights alongside rational analysis.

  • Expand Empathy: Develop a deeper understanding of your team members' perspectives and emotions, leading to more compassionate and effective leadership.
