Thanksgiving – Giving Thanks!

It is a time to reflect on all the many things, people, and experiences for which we are grateful.  And a time to commit or recommit to living a life with gratitude.

Gratitude shouldn’t be just for Thanksgiving.  Living in and with gratitude is an attitude and a choice.  When we make the gratitude choice, it sure can minimize the frustrations that come our way plus give us the energy to face challenges.
Here are some scientific proven benefits of gratitude:
• It boosts your mood like that first sip of pumpkin spice latte.  OR … the flavor of your choice!
• It strengthens relationships as we more naturally see the best in others.
• It improves your health and actually reduces stress

This year, let’s take more than a moment to appreciate the little things (and the big things too)!

Like family gatherings where everyone fully participates in interacting with each other and the cell phones are silenced or, better yet, left somewhere other than in our pocket.

Play the gratitude game by challenging each person to share what/who they are thankful for and why.

As we celebrate this holiday, may your hearts be fuller than your plates as you commit to recommit to living a life of gratitude and thankfulness.

We at The Quality Coach®, take this opportunity to express our heartfelt gratitude for your continued trust and partnership.  Thank you for being an essential part of our community. Happy Thanksgiving
