The Quality Coach Leadership Development EDU Series is designed to meet the needs of school and district leaders. Educational leaders typically are born from the classroom, teaching, and supervising students. What a noble start to a wonderful career! To be successful educational leader a broader perspective and a new set of skills must be developed. Although the job still requires a “care for kids,” the scope now encompasses all types of responsibilities and communication with internal and external stakeholders. The Quality Coach also provides customized training for support staff personnel. Leadership development opportunities and training for non-certificated staff and leaders is equally important in any school setting.
