Got Stress?

It’s what’s for dinner!  Oh … and every other meal these days!  Pass the stress please.  Yes – I will take it to go and throw in extra napkins! It’s going to get messy.

We were plenty stressed BC, Before Covid.  And before the economy took a nose dive and before so many other real and present dangers became part of our daily fare.

We look forward to talking about these times in the past tense. “Remember, in 2020, when…?”  In the meantime, we continue to put one foot in front of the other!  Or do we?

Yes -- every job has stressful elements, even if we love what we do.  Some stress at work is expected, normal, and necessary.  Excessive stress can impede productivity and impact physical and emotional health.  Sustained excessive stress can cause paralysis when it comes to analyzing situations and making decisions!  Not good!  Forward motion ceases!

There are situations we can’t control, but that doesn’t mean we are powerless—even when stuck in a problematic situation.  Finding ways to manage stress isn’t about making huge changes or rethinking career ambitions, but rather about focusing on the things that are within our control.

We have tools to measure so many things in our lives.  We measure temperatures, blood pressure, our height and weight (yes…I could certainly do without that last one!)  With stress being such a potentially damaging factor in life, we need a way to check it, measure it, and do something when trending in a harmful direction.  Before it’s too late and we do something we regret!

And we have just the tool at The Quality Coach. Our stress check-up measures stress in seven potential causational areas. Through responding to a series of questions, you have an opportunity to pinpoint root cause of your stress.

Measuring your Stress Quotient is the first step to pressure relief.  This tool is available to you at no cost through July 31, 2020.  Upon completion of an online questionnaire, you will receive your confidential stress report. There has never been a better time to proactively minimize the stress in your life.
