DR. BRENDA BOUSE, OWNER & CEO

Brenda holds a BSBA and a MBA and received her Doctorate in Management from Webster University. Her career has uniquely positioned her to support leaders in all types of industries and organizations. Brenda has served in various exeuctive leadership roles in higher education, workforce development, not for profit and health care as well as owning and developing small businesses. She believes in servant leadership and views problems as opportunities. Brenda enjoys working with the TQC team because of the positivity and outcomes of the work, "we have the highest performing team and the most successful clients in the midwest region". She treasures her time with her family and friends, traveling and loves the challenge of the game of golf including the peaceful energy and socializing that it provides.

ELLEN WOODRUFF, DIRECTOR OF CLIENT EXPERIENCE

Ellen is our Director of Client Experience and received her Bachelor's Degree in Business from Missouri State University. Ellen worked for Macy's and Caleres for a combined 30 years in an HR Director/Business Partner capacity. Her experience in developing and supporting all executive levels of leadership has helped her build long lasting business and client relationships. Ellen is DISC certified and along with her role as Director, serves as a Coach and Facilitator. In her free time, you can find Ellen spending time with friends and family at their Lake Pinnacle property during the spring and summer months. Ellen loves working with her team at TQC and says the work she does here really fills her cup!

DR. LORI VANLEER, LEARNING SPECIALIST- CURRICULUM AND INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN

Lori is a Learning Specialist at The Quality Coach®. Lori received her Doctorate in Educational Leadership, Ed. D. from Maryville University. Most recently, Lori served as the Superintendent of Schools for the School District of Washington, and brings experience in education, building administration, and coaching. Lori is DISC certified and Mastermind trained. In her free time, Lori enjoys spending time with family, reading, learning, and coffee shops. Lori loves working at TQC because she can create opportunities for others (and herself) to grow in ways that benefit them personally, professionally, and organizationally.

 

AMY EAGAN, COACH/FACILITATOR

Amy Eagan is the Learning Specialist- Research and Resources at The Quality Coach®. Amy received her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri- Columbia. Amy has extensive experience in logisitics and sales, working as the Director of Supply Chain Operations & National Accounts Sales Team Leader at Nestle Purina Petcare Company. Amy also served as the Transportation Manager at Kraft Foods Group. Amy is DISC and EQ certified. In her spare time, Amy enjoys hiking, playing tennis, and enjoying family and friends. Amy loves working at TQC because of the people she meets, conversations she has, and how we help each other live our best lives!

MARY SHOFNER, COACH/FACILITATOR

Mary serves as a Coach at TQC. Mary served as HR Leader for The Americas Region for a large International Manufacturer prior to joining TQC in 2014. Mary is certified in DISC and EQ and, in per previous role, she was certified and led sessions internationally in Covey's 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. Mary loves facilitating TQC leadership development workshops, coaching new HR professionals and business leaders, as well as assisting clients who are committed to continuous improvement. Mary enjoys horseback riding, motorcycling, kayaking, traveling and helping her husband on the farm ... anything but cleaning house!

CINDY SIEBERT, OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

Cindy serves as TQC’s Operations Specialist. Cindy received her Bachelors in Management from Webster University. Cindy brings 25 years of experience managing marketing operations projects, leading production teams and serving clients, ten years with Edward Jones corporate online marketing team, and fifteen years with local marketing agency Marketing Management Group. Cindy enjoys socializing with family and friends, gardening, camping, and, of course, and horse-drawn carriage rides in Missouri's beautiful wine country. Cindy enjoys working at TQC being surrounded by professional men and women who are genuinely interested in helping other people succeed and be the best version of themselves -- and really practice what they preach!

 

TYLER KING, COACH/FACILITATOR

Tyler serves as a coach and facilitator at The Quality Coach®. Tyler obtained his education from Columbia College with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) focused in Marketing and Management. Tyler currently serves as the Executive Director for Downtown Washington, Inc and the Historic Washington Foundation in Washington, MO. King has a background in marketing, management, and real estate with leading skills in sales, sales management, team building, non-profit fundraising, and public speaking. King has more than 13 years experience in event planning, community relations, media relations, marketing, and management, and also holds a real estate license.

HANK EPSTEIN, CO-FOUNDER

Hank is an M.S. Chemical Engineer who spent 25 years traveling around the world starting-up and trouble shooting chemical plants; developing chemical processes. He is the co-inventor of a process employed in the manufacture of over 90% of one of the world’s major building block chemicals; and leading a department with the responsibility for providing customers of a $100M chemical business with technical support in the use of its products. These experiences taught him that the quality of human interactions, rather than technical or business knowhow, is often the key to success in any human endeavor. This lesson motivated Hank to become a coach & a life-long student of coaching long before it became the established profession it is now. Hank is certified in the use of 7 behavioral assessments, a certified Stages of Growth Coach, & a certified Situational Leadership© Instructor. When he’s not working with clients, Hank loves to travel, read spy novels, study the neuro-science literature, and cook, especially for his legions of great nieces & nephews when they sleep-over.

RICK BOUSE, CO-OWNER

Rick Bouse, co-owner of The Quality Coach, serves as Business Advisor and Consultant to the company. Rick earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and Business from Missouri State University. His business background includes start-up, ownership, and management of businesses in a variety of industries including finance, electronics repair, logistics, franchise development, and home services. Rick currently is CEO of Hometown Brands and Pool Ready franchise brands and provides development and consulting services for franchise operators in multiple states. Rick’s time away from work includes spending time with family and friends on the golf course, cattle farming, and his favorite hobby, spoiling his 3 grandchildren!

JEANNE GLADDEN, CO-FOUNDER

TQC Co-Founder Jeanne Gladden considers her work a calling and a privilege. Jeanne’s early exposure to energizing leadership practices in high performing cultures set the stage for decades of creativity and contribution. Serving in various leadership roles where building and growing team member capacity was considered a competitive strength, Jeanne conceived and gave birth to The Quality Coach® in 1990. Partnering with Hank Epstein, the duo set out to create change. Business and leadership coaching had yet to become a viable and recognized service then. No matter. The Quality Coach connected with and served leaders in diverse organizations throughout the country. Along with fellow visionaries worldwide, Jeanne and Hank helped coaching evolve into the necessary professional service it is today. Designing and implementing “shared leadership models” for high performance cultures, Jeanne has helped to grow thousands of leaders. After passing the torch to CEO and Owner Brenda Bouse In 2019, Jeanne is honored to remain with TQC. She continues to consult with and coach executives in building high performance cultures. Jeanne recently launched a new service she calls Just Keep Growing for individuals who want to create personal change and live boldly, no matter the obstacles. Just Keep Growing comes out weekly in the form of a short story with a powerful point. Laced with wit, wisdom and a bit of uncommon sense, Jeanne’s coaching challenges are meant to be easily metabolized and put into practice. Jeanne holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Maryville University in St. Louis, MO. She loves sharing life with Hank, her husband and creative partner. Jeanne enjoys cycling, reading, telling a good story and traveling. Blessed with loyal family and friends, Jeanne has 16 Great Nieces and Nephews. She loves learning with them and from them. Jeanne loves to Just Keep Growing.
