Now more than ever, innovative thinking is needed to meet the needs of students as they learn, grow, pursue graduation, and prepare for jobs that may not yet exist. 

Our strategic planning services meet the requirements set forth by the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (MSIP 6) guidelines while also ensuring the plan meets the unique needs of your school districts.  Our process provides for high levels of awareness, engagement and ownership over the process and development of the plan.

Leadership Development for ED

The Quality Coach Leadership Development EDU Series is designed to meet the needs of school and district leaders.  Educational leaders typically are born from the classroom, teaching, and supervising students.  What a noble start to a wonderful career! To be successful educational leader a broader perspective and a new set of skills must be developed. Although the job still requires a “care for kids,” the scope now encompasses all types of responsibilities and communication with internal and external stakeholders. 

Helping you improve your ability to lead is what we do! Some of the options for you or your team of building or district leaders includes building customized and engaging sessions to enhance their leadership.  All of which, includes educational components, collaborative interaction, and a call to action or application of what was learned.

Community Engagement

Do you need someone to facilitate a listening tour, focus group, or community engagement session so you can participate alongside your leaders, Board members, or community members?  Or, maybe you want everyone to speak freely and feel an outside facilitator is in everyone’s best interest.  If so, we understand. 

• Focus Groups- best used to bring awareness or greater levels of understanding to issues facing your district as well as to solicit feedback in a structured way.   We want to help you reach your desired outcomes and will design a collaborative structure and facilitation plan to coach you toward success or facilitate the process for you. 

• Listening Tours - active and strategic listening is good for any organization. We assist school and district leaders in developing a strategic approach to listening through stakeholder listening tours.  We either facilitate the listening for you by means of a consistent approach or we coach leaders as listeners, helping them develop the structure and consistency needed to ensure a fair and productive approach.

• Visioning Sessions- often used to solicit ideas, gather feedback, solidify options, prioritize needs, or innovate around some new concepts.  We can help you, your team, or your Board of Education through the collaborative process.
