After serving a Fortune 50 corporation for 25 years in responsible management positions in technology, manufacturing, planning and marketing, including a stint as the leader of a pilot re-engineering effort for a $4 billion unit of that corporation, Hank Epstein entered the entrepreneur ranks in 1990 by creating The Quality Coach!®. Together with his life and business partner, Jeanne Gladden, Hank is living his deep commitment to help people connect their personal fulfillment with business success.
