Our clients come from the ranks of organizations of all kinds…profit, not for profit…public, private…small family business, large Fortune 500 corporation. They are successful entrepreneurs, business owners, or executives with a vision of what their organizations could be…for their customers…for their employees…for their communities. They often come to us with no more than a feeling that something in their organization is not what it should be and are looking for support in unconcealing a concrete problem or condition and fixing it. Perhaps their staff is friendly but non-collaborative, perhaps customer interactions are not reflecting the deep commitment to being of service promised by their mission and values, perhaps many of their recent new hires just don’t seem to fit into the company culture. 1.    The Quality Coach!® provided training, coaching and teams development for GDX Automotive managers, first line supervisors and front line team members in New Haven, Mo.   GDX was the recipient of the SHINGO prize in 2004, for excellence in application of lean manufacturing principles, teamwork and employee empowerment. Site visit audit scores rated GDX Automotive the highest of all SHINGO prize winners in the categories of leadership and employee empowerment, going back three years.

2.    Involved in the start up of Harman/Becker International, Washington, Missouri plant, The Quality Coach!®, supported the development of teams culture and teams implementation in various ways including providing week long team member skills training and team building. Harman/Becker Washington is a first tier automotive supplier of high end sound systems for vehicle plants all over the world.
The Washington Plant of Harman/Becker received the Governor’s Award for Innovative Training in 2008.
