Karen has over 25 years of human resources management experience in a variety of industries including manufacturing, service, financial and healthcare. Areas of expertise include facilitation and training, career transition counseling and strategically partnering with business units for all aspects of human resources. She thrives on partnering with her clients to provide business solutions.
She brings a diverse skill set which includes recruiting, employee relations, training, organization design and succession planning. Additional strengths include resume writing and individual job search coaching.
Karen has a dual Master’s degree in Human Resources and Management from Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri.
