The Quality Coach has developed a powerful BIGGER, BETTER, BOLDER planning process that far exceeds the common SWOT matrix models you may have experienced. Our process involves getting key members of a team to think ahead about who they want to BE and what they want to accomplish in the next two to three years. This all starts with people becoming connected to what the team values most, and what their mission really is. Once the vision is established, we help the team develop specific goals and metrics of attainment, and identify owners of supporting initiatives. Lastly, we help the team formulate specific implementation plans with a focus on accountability. This accountability part is key to moving the team to action. Each member of the leadership team gets an annual plan broken down into quarters which clearly shows who is responsible for doing what by when.
