Assessments are fantastic quantitative tools to help increase self-awareness and discover / better understand differing styles of other team members. This can be a great starting point for improving communication or improving teamwork.

Assessments can also help ensure the best possible hiring decisions are made so the investment you make when adding new people has a higher probability of paying back the way you need it to. Utilizing quantitative assessments is a much more valid tool for hiring decisions than interviews alone, yet it is often not utilized. We recommend using assessments to help decide who you will interview and to help decide what to ask during the interview.

Quantitative assessments can also be great for helping un-conceal hidden root causes of the most critical challenges your organization faces. This can be tremendously powerful information so that you and the leaders on your team are working on the right things, not just working hard.
